  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.
  • To qualify for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items).
  • Products that show signs of use or are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Please provide details of the issue, along with any photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Once your return is authorized, instructions on how to return the item will be provided to you.

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
  • If an exchange is preferred, it will be processed as soon as possible based on item availability.

6. Cash on Delivery Payment

  • As our orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) only, any refunds will be issued as cod for future purchases. We do not provide refunds to other payment methods.
